The sports and games section is under the DoS Dr. Abwao. The section is headed by Mr. Geoffrey Barasa Wamalwa Boice a sports and recreation management graduate from KU with a higher diploma in sports administration and management from Malezi College .

Mr. Boice has a wide range of experience from diverse institutions of learning where he practiced as a teacher, games Tutor and sports administrator. Notably Riara Group of schools, Malezi College, St. Paul's University and Kenyatta University as the HOD Sports and Games department where he was charged with the responsibility of running the sports and games office including:

Advising on standards, quality and specifications of equipment, department budgeting and field management and scheduling. Mr. Boice has also been a liaison officer with national and international federations, marketing and talent identification and nurturing on daily basis. He has accompanied students to all sports related activities and performed advisory duties to the management apart from equipment inventory management (issuance,cleaning and returning) and safe custody of the same.

Mmust offers a variety of  sports, games, leisure and recreation activities to the students and its staff. Some of the sports are:

Soccer m/w, rugby m/w, Handball m/w, Netball m/w, Basketball m/w, Hockey m/w, volleyball m/w, martial arts karate&Tae Kwon do, table Tennis, Tennis m/w, swimming m/w, athletics m/w, badminton m/w, Darts m/w, chess m/w, Scrabble m/w, cross country, Ultimate Frisbee, softball m/w, Kabadi m/w, Korfball m/w and roll ball m/w.

The students are exposed to events internally, KUSF Western Conference level, KUSF National level, East Africa, Africa level(FASU) and world level(FISU) games. Also they do tournaments and leagues. Currently,we are the defending champion in National and East Africa University Games in soccer women, Scrabble,Chess, Handball women,soccer men and rugby 7s.
